The feed axes utilize precision ball screws driven directly by servo motors, achieving a linear axis positioning accuracy of ≤0.01mm and a repeatability of ≤0.015mm. The C-axis integrates a servo motor with a variable tooth thickness worm gear, providing convenient side backlash adjustment and highly precise positioning. Operators benefit from a Z-axis rapid traverse speed of 6-10m/min, significantly reducing non-cutting cycle times.
Material removal is managed by the integrated PH245W2 internal whirling head, powered by a dedicated 4-7.5kw servo motor.
