Utilizing a 55° dovetail guide rail and a centralized lubrication system, the structure prevents low-speed crawling and guarantees stable operation. Operating at speeds between 300 and 800 rpm, the multi-station clamping cutter disc uses the envelope method. This technique drastically reduces cycle times for progressive cavity pump rotors and lead screws.

 

A stable cutting environment is critical for high-precision manufacturing. Therefore, the setup incorporates a hydraulic double-opening automatic steady rest that provides essential support at the workpiece front end, effectively mitigating deflection. Additionally, an integrated air-blowing chip removal system and specialized conveyor rapidly clear debris from the active cutting zone.
